I have to agree... although I am glued to it, i feel that it should not be broadcast like some reality TV show.

Now I'm not sure sure how he feels about having it televised. But it's not my trial, I don't need to see it, so he should at least have the right to not have his trial broadcasted.

Just my opinion though.

Hmm.. but then again, I believe that murderers should loose all human rights. BUT, you could argue that he has not yet been proven guilty.

I'm not watching it, although I have been keeping up in the news a bit. I don't see how it's fair for me to judge without the full story, but based on the overall situation of what happened that night, I don't see any way the guy could be innocent. His story sounds so unconvincing it is really sad that he's even allowed to argue his case.
