OPP/PPL help

hello,
i know the first half of the Fridrich method the Dan Knights teaches, but i don't know the second half, could someone explain to me, or post a video, on how to do the second half ( OPP & PPL) correct me if one of those is messed up.

Go to here for an overview of the Fridrich Method.

And it's called OLL/PLL, not OPP/PPL

if your best time is 2 minutes 49 seconds you really don't need to know Fridrich. practice with a beginners method up until at least sub minute. anyway, the second half is just algorithms, which you should just learn one by one.
