im nor sure if this is on here anywhere since i cant seem to find anything on it.

but heres my question,
which hand do most people solve or blind solve with?
second part to this is are you technally allowed to use the table to do things like straighten out your cube while solving.

You can use the table for anything during OH solving.
Most people use left hand, although a lot use their right hand. Not sure why you put in BLD because BLD is two-handed :p

Please use the OAQT next time.

This could have gone in the one answer question thread.

On what hand: I use my right hand, but from what I've read more people use the left.

About the table: It is allowed, Roux solvers use the table in an awesome way when they do OH, and some people "slam" the cube on the table to align the layers if needed.

EDIT: Double ninja'd >_>

My hand used to cramp in the start too, it's mainly practice I would say, but a cube that turns easy will make it easier to practice more.
