[Unofficial] OLL/PLL of some Solves. Advice?

Here's a video with the PLL and OLL of some solves. I'm in the middle of learning full OLL so some of the solves are 2 look, some are 3.

I believe that my last layer is terribly slow. With an average of around 23 seconds is a last layer this long normal, slow, or fast?

the executions looked fine to me. but you seemed to spend a long time recognising pll's. maybe work on that a little bit?
