OH warmup?
I've noticed that I need lots of warm up to get ready for OH. I do PLLs such as H, Z, U, A, T, R, F. To warm up. Today, when I started, I was so slow. I kept on locking up. I got 6-8 seconds on the H perm. After trying about 50 more times, I got several new bests. 3.30 single and 3.89 average. After that, Z, U and R felt awkward. So I practiced them too, but not too much, maybe 40 in total. And gotten somewhat acceptable times. By the end, my hand was warmed up, but I got a little tired, so I can only get 3 solves in the mid-40s. After that, I started to practiced my worst N PLL 2H. I sucked at it. Averaging about 4 seconds with best RA at 3.3 and worst at about 4.5. Afterwards, I just did 2H clumsily without trying. Surprisingly, I still managed to average easily sub-30. So I made a video.
Then, I did a few solves (5 to 10) somewhat trying and easily got 22 or 23 every time. So I did another video. I got a PLL skip and it was 16.12, very good for me, even if it's a skip. With the average PLL, I would still get a sub-19 solve, which is great. I tried to get one non-lucky video. I got 27 or 28 everytime on video, as soon as I stop recording, I immediantly got 22 and 23 again. So strange.
So that's it for sharing.
How much do you warm-up for OH?

I do a couple 2H solves, a couple OH solves, a couple U-perms, and I'm done.

If I feel hardworking, I'll use my PLL practice thingy where I typed all the PLLs and saved the document so I can import it as the scrambles. Good for keeping track of PLL speeds and whatnot.. So When one looks at the "details" it'll show the PLLs as the scrambles... Okay I think I'm going out of topic.. I'll go post it in a PLLs practice or make my own soon... :P

Like 3-5 solves are good enough for me. For some reason it has to be like timed solves, or focused solves. I'd get 27-29 for the first few solves, then lower.
