different cube

2) How much do you practice OH ?

avg of 50 every day

3) How did you train your OH hand ?

doing random moves, U perms, etc

1. i cant remember having done 2H
2. 100 solves a day (if i have time)
3. well i started lerning those moves and just did like R' *20 but i stopped doing this when i was subminute

I have a feeling that me describing it in detail would get me a ban.

Hahahaha! I'm surprised at how many people don't know that term. The problem is that doesn't really build wrist strength. Unless you have some weird technique...But I'll stop now.

Same cube. But it's really made to be a OH cube that I decided was good enough for 2H also.

2. How much do you practice OH?
Way too much. Walking down the hall at school. While reading. In class. Mostly doing the below technique, but I'm still practicing a ton.

3. How did you train your OH hand?
(R U') * 63, (R U' R' U) * 6, and other similar combinations. Sometimes I even throw in an R2 or U2 and then make a solve out of it, but it's mostly just me fiddling.

Especially during the winter time it just warms my hands.

1.) Different cube. I use an old type A that's like... 4 years old. Its kinda crappy but I like it.
2.) I don't practice too much anymore, but at my peak I did over 100 solves a day.
3.) I did turns over and over again to build endurance and finger strength. I did finger tricks over and over again to force my fingers to be able to do Japanese style finger tricks. I did a lot of solves.

1) Yes. FII.
2) Not very much. I haven't been doing much solving lately for anything, except 4x4, and blindfolded.
3) I went on an 8 week finger training program specifically for OH cubing. >.> Nah, I just do a lot of things that involve my fingers (typing, guitar, Flash Flash Revolution, OH cubing, etc.)
