Currently I just do it by moving my hand from the right, to under the cube, then flick the R with my index finger, bring it up and do the U, back down and push up for the R', then U' with pinky. This is kind of slow though (this is how you currently do it right?). The best thing would just be to do a cube rotation, and do it as U L U' L'. The problem I have with this is, I like to do a L U' trigger with my pinky, then have to kind of turn my hand around anyway... I have a very short pinky though, so it makes it harder.
EDIT: Actually, if you could master it, and you have long fingers, a good way to do it would be rotate to U L U' L', and do R flick with index, L push up with pinky, U' with index by either pushing from RBU, or pulling from FRU, then L' flick with pinky. Yet again, you would need long fingers, but it could be done very fast that way (is that how you would do the mirror Lofty?)
