Octahedron - anyone know an algorithm do do this?

I can solve an octahedron using this guide

When it comes to the final stage is there an algorithm to swap 2 edge pieces instead of rotating all three?

NB - if you haven't learnt to solve one yet, using this guide you'll only need to learn 2 algorithms at a minimum.

I have realised this can't be done without effecting the rest of the puzzle however if there is an algorithm to do this and change another edge piece at the same time it would be good to know. Thanks.
