Noob - standard cube but with faces, stuck on center pieces

Its a 3x3x3 cube with a difference, they are pictures on each side so the middle has to be upwards too. I have managed to get all the rest of it but there are 3 center pieces off, one is 90 degrees left, one 90 right and one upside down. I'm a noob to the forums so appreciate any help I get and sorry if I'm not giving you right indo

So you need to rotate the center on U 90 degrees clockwise, the center on F 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the center on D 180 degrees?

Two T-perms turns top center 180 degrees, three <R,U> U-perms turns top and right sides 90 degrees.

[M'UM,E] is the simplest way to shift around the centres.

ER'E'MERE'M' will shift U clockwise and F anticlockwise for example.

I really am a complete noob, no idea what e or m means! Appreciate if one can help, do all the other pieces stay in the same position when you do this?
I have every other piece correct, just the middle pieces on 3 of them are off

I Like T-perms for both 90° and 180° centers.

180°: two T perms
2 90°: two T perms with an M slice move thrown in
