I've been using: L U' R' U L' U' R
A common variation is: R U' L' U' R' U' L . However the grip changes cost time.
Are there any faster algorithms for switching the corners? Which is the best one for OH solving?

There aren't really any faster algs (2H and OH), and the two variations are basically the same speed.

So far the first one is faster for me, but there's a pause between L U' R' U L' and U' R .

If you prefer <RrUF> over <RUL>, you can try R U' r' F R' F' r
It helps to think of it as inverse sexy without the first U, followed by inverse sledgehammer, and the last move of each trigger is a wide move.
