[Member Intro] New to Speed Cubing

[Eric3742Jr]

Hello Everyone,

My son Eric jr would like to start competing in competitions we live in Chicago. Do anyone have any suggestions of virtual matches we can sign up for or maybe something local?
Thanks

Hi there,

Try some virtual matches on Rubik's connected bluetooth cube server.

Hi welcome

Welcome to the forums!

A list of all currently announced and upcoming WCA competitions can be found here. It doesn't look like there's any Illinois comps at the moment (the closest comp is a couple states over), but hopefully there will be one soon!

Thanks, Guys!

One last question, can I just sign him up for these competitions or do we have to qualify in someway?

Thanks
