New A(a) Perm!

This is the new version of the A(a) perm that I made myself. Tell me what you think!
Edit: I found out that this algorithm was already discovered, so I can't claim that I "made" it but all I can say is that I discovered it on my own, and not a lot of people use it, so I'm introducing it to the community.

This is basically the T-perm, but with little r's, and the cube rotation, and the U.

I like it. Pretty fast. I don't like wristing the D2 on the other A perms so this is good.

It's Ok I like the original A-perm better though since you have to regrip here

Edit: or maybe not regripping, only that it is awkward to only hold on the left layer

I guess It's a matter of personal preference, since after I created it, I got an average of 3 seconds, and now, I perfected it and It's well under 2 seconds.

I can explain that, It's simply because your left-handed and the cube feels more stable in your left hand.

It's good except for the U in the end.. otherwise it could be just as fast as the regular A perm.

Would've been so much more convenient if it was a U'.. or even better.. nothing

I like the fingertricks for this one, but I prefer the one I use.

mine is

x' R' D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R2

which has funny fingertricks with the D and D', but i average about 1.2 with it and have gotten plenty of sub 1 singles.
I don't know if i like your alg very much, its quite a few more moves than the standard one...

I don't get it, why do some people dislike the normal algs for the a perms? They're as nice as the U perms.

Love it! The T Perm similarity makes it easy to remember, and it's FAST.

And of course, A(b) would be:

U' F r U' r' U r U r2 F' r U r U' r'

which is still just as fast.
