Nervousity & Warmups

oh and i also see this like in a game of basketball, for me i just focus on the game being played and i somehow block out everything and all the noise except for my coaches, the referee, and my team mates.

i think i am starting to do better with the nervousness ( i try to take control of it and put it into the job that has to be done.)

bringing some sort of timer to practice in between solves is probably a good idea; at Caltech i just used the clock on the wall, but a stackmat is probably much better

When I get nervous, my hands sweat and it is sooo annoying I slip half of the finger tricks.

Just feel confident in yourself and you should do fine even if you arn't the fastest cuber out there who cares you are having a good time that is all that matters.

Look at the dates on the previous posts. I think after 2 months the person has solved their problem. If you're trying to raise your post count, stop it. People have high post counts because they provide USEFUL information instead of the same info in a previous post. People actually seek their advice first.
