HI I have been practicing f2l for about a month now. The first week i was at 50 seconds and i soon decreased to 30. But now i am stuck. I tried learning how to insert from angle but that didn't help much. Sometimes i would get 25- 28 seconds. Any tips??

Patience... and practice ! That's basically all you need at your level. Just keep solving cubes and your times will drop ;-) Courage !

Just keep practicing and for a while, dont time yourself and just slow down. Analyze what you are doing so you can remember to do that next time, without pausing.

I think you shouldn't focus on the specifics of F2L, just familiarize with all the cases. Try to start learning look ahead. I think, for right now, your best choice would be to better your recognition and turn speed.

You should try to see if you can do each case without looking. For example, after the cross, (no timer) look for a corner and an edge that would pair up. Then, close your eyes try to complete and insert that pair. Then repeat until you finish. If you can do the cases without looking, you are ready for look ahead, which is really just looking more around the cube and paying attention to pieces outside of the ones that you are currently working on.
Good luck!
