I only have a chromebook because i'm 11 so I use the space where my keyboard should go as a space for my stackmat. I put my cubes to the side and the ones on stands behind my chromebook. I put my larger puzzles( anything over 3x3 including megaminx and clock) on a shelf next to my desk.

Ohhh is quite similar as cuberazn desk setup. I will suggest to have a desk shelf in white will looks nicer!

3 years late but this is my setup:

Stackmat timer and mat in front of me, with cstimer open on my phone on a side of the mat. I get a couple cubes I feel like using in front of my mat, while the others stay in my MoYu cube bag at my feet. An underused cube cover sits near the used cubes.
