[Unofficial] My first 3x3 BLD success!

I know. My blindfolds get sillier and sillier with every attempt.
However, this time I actually got a success, it was my 4th try. I was not expecting it (which is evident) because I made a mistake in the edges and thought the efforts to fix that were futile. Thank god I didn't actually give up.

Edge memo was 7:41.59 and execution+ corner memo was 6:44.32.
I think I'll switch back to M2 now and see if that works. Also gonna switch back to visual memo... I got some near successes with that.

Nice, and congrats, but you really shouldn't pause the timer midway through the solve. It's unfair, as it gives you free time to review. Have the camera running the whole time, you can cut out whatever you want to cut out afterwards.

Yah, go ahead and learn it. It's quite fun actually.
Now one part of me says '4BLD gogogo' and the other says 'No, you've only had one 3bld success... you're not ready'.
I think I need to get more successes first. One success obviously isn't enough to move on to 4bld.

In terms of 4BLD, definitely wait until your 3BLD gets more fluid, make sure you you can memorise without mistakes, and solve without having to think about what you memorised, then start 4BLD. It seems quite a lot at the start but you get used to it quickly.

Congratulations! Haha the funny thing is I actually got my first 3x3 blind success recently too! Hey what do you do to memorize corners? I use visual memo, but I still forget. XD I should probably do corners first then edges, so I don't forget... anyway well done!!!

I had my first BLD succes like 3 days ago. It was awesome.
I use old pochmann, and It took my like 12 minutes and a bit.
For memo, I just use a number indicating the place, and an extra one for the orientation. So a memo would look like: 73 51 22 11 41 ... Which works pretty good for me.

I seem better at remembering stories or patterns. So I usually use visual for both.
But I did letters this time so it would have a higher chance of succeeding although much slower. I even did Old pochmann for edges instead of M2.
I did stories for this one...
