I thought it would be interesting to see someone do a relay but with each successive solve, use a different method. I thought the most logical relay would be a fridrich, petrus, roux solve as those are probably the three most popular methods. Anyone already done it? Or any other methods to use? I, unfortunately, only own 2 cubes so i cant really do it... this can only mean one thing, i need more cubes! haha

I've done it. It's fun. The trick is getting forcing yourself to keep to a strict method on each solve. If you're used to swapping back and forth, you'll start swapping midsolve a lot. It's useful, because you can accidentally solve things early and get a lot of skips, then be able to deal with them better. It sucks because it kills your planning ahead a little.

I'm more interested in doing a 5 methods over 5 solves average.

I have trouble deciding what constitutes a different method. But I should really earn Roux. :p
(How about pre-orient, Regular MGLS-F, Petrus?)

And I'm not sure if I can be considered knowing Heise, and I'm horrible at CF and EF.
(How abut BLD methods?)

This could be fun! I have three usable cubes too (5 if i want to use a famwealth and a pre-2004 with no center stickers that pops every other turn I used it so much).
I suppose I know Fridrich and Petrus and CF. Roux I don't quite know all of the COLL cases (I ended up just doing OLL on some of the nasty cases and forgot them). Heise I can do the very noob way (I can't do one of the ending steps where you solve some corners and edges at the same time.) and EF I don't know..

wow, I literally thought about doing this yesterday. I was gonna do Petrus, CFOP, Roux, Heiss, and corners first. I would add beginner LBL, keyhole f2l, edges first, pre-orient, and a blindfold solve if i had more cubes.

I want to do this 4x4:
reduction, cage, K4.

pembo had a video of this on youtube.
It was actually 4x4x4x4. I don't know the 4th method.

Multi method multiBLD would be fun. One with 3cycle, then Old Pochmann, M2R2, TuRBo, Freestyle...

For 2x2:
Fridrich, Ortega, Guimond.

3x3:
I can do Fridrich, Petrus, and really bad pseudo Heise and Roux.
