i have a moyu timer and iconnected it to cstimer but it dysplays 27 minutes and when i start solving it goes backwards. help me fix it

Try to refresh your CSTimer page, turn off your timer, unplug it then replug it, and try again. If this doesn't work then maybe change the batteries in your timer since they could be faulty and cause malfunctions.

i just got the timer in the mail a few minutes ago and i have tried everything but not the batteries

check the cstimer settings the timer setting swictch the timer input to stackmat to see if it works.
