monkeydude1313 selling cubes?

I am thinking that it may be a little expensive, but in my case, it would be worth it to order from him, because of the quick and cheap shipping. If you just order the DIY not assembled or anything, it just costs 10 bucks. Shipping is not expensive, so it would come out as a good deal for some people, but not so good for others.

I think this is a really good deal and I FULLY trust him. On Cube4You, they cost ~$30 [$10 (for cube)+$17 (for shipping)+$3 (for using paypal)=$30]. Monkeydude is selling them for $30 also. Except for him you get: Cube assembled, tensions set, Cubesmith tiles payed and applied for you, and less shipping cost and time. So yes, it's the same price... but you get more.

I will MOST LIKELY be getting one later this summer once I have the money.

-Logan

That's why you buy more than one puzzle at a time.
It works even better if you have a cubing friend nearby, you can order at the same time and save on shipping per unit.

Basically, someone sent their puzzle to moneydude for modding. Monkeydude doesn't send it back and doesn't give progress reports. When he asks for the puzzle back, monkeydude apparently says no and taunts him.

Although you guys here at speedsolving forums all hate me with an intense passion for reasons unknown to me, regardless of what I do (I could give you all free 7x7s and you would still hate me) I find it quite interesting how you consider this to be a rip off.

1) Lots of testimonials have been posted (refer to the playlist on my youtube channel) with people who have used my store and found their experience to be very worthwhile.

2) How is this a rip off? From cubeforyou it is: 11$ cube, 6$ shipping, then you have to assemble it yourself, sticker it, lubricate it, and set the tensions. With me you buy the cube for 10$, 5$ shipping, then you save 2 $ and assemble it yourself. How is saving 2$ not saving money? Plus you dont have to go through a chinese company, with high shipping price, and shipping time. Once again I don't see how this is a rip off.

3) The problem me and Synester (from TP) forums are in right now is currently being resolved. So if you were to go message/email him, he would confirm that the problem is being resolved.

I am completely ready to take about 50 posts of pure hatred from you guys as I haven't seen anything friendly from you guy when talking about me.

2-Honestly, nor do I, except for the fact that one can buy $30 dollar cubes. Such expensive cubes just don't seem right.

3-Wow...I swear that I sent you a message on YouTube; a nice, comforting message, but it looks as though that has been overlooked.

Oh, and thanks for joining the forums.

Well get ready for pure hatred.

1. Why would I care about testimonials in a playlist that you control? As my Drivers Ed teacher says, any driver can steer a car, but only a good driver can react to a situation. The problem with synester clearly shows that you were unable to react to a situation.

2. I'll give you this point, however from what I hear you were charging $30 for a tiled cube and $25 for a stickered, which is obviously a ripoff. Also, assembling, sticking, and lubing is really not worth anything in my book. If you charge $10 extra for a 5 minute process, that's basically paying you $120 an hour.

3. While I see that it has now been resolved, that doesn't change the fact that you mocked him, blocked him, and refused to deal with the situation.

Edit: I have been keeping track of threads in this forum and the TP forum, and the fact that your stories keep conflicting (aka you're lying) shows immaturity, and I personally want you having nothing to do with anything that I would need to pay for.

In response to Shatuck1992: On the forums here I have read NO posts about anything positive.

I dont know who has a speedsolving account on youtube, and who dosent.

What I was referring to is posts here on the forum.

Edit 2: In response to Ethan Rosen:

1) People would be raving about it if I did something wrong (as you can tell with Synester), so you would know about it.

2. I was not charging 10$ to assemble a cube. And it is not a 5 minute process, assembling, lubing, setting tensions perfectly and testing takes 15 minutes. I do not rush my products.

3) Yes, I was a bad person, and I am doing what is neccessary to resolve it. We are not all perfect.

Yeah; the difference between "StachuK1992" here and "StachuK1992" on youtube is really confusing. :p

I remember a few positive posts from past threads, and while they are usually the thread-starters, they still are usually positive.

I'll probably buy one this summer... If my parents trust him. I do.

These seem pretty friendly. He (Logan) for one thing is showing you trust, and scence this is on the same thread you posted on I can either guess you overlooked it (which is bad on your part) or you disregarded it (which is worse on your part and offensive for that matter).

I was refferring mainly to the thread started by Logan quite a while ago about my stupid video. That thread got up to 30+ pages of pure hate. No one said anything positive aside from sarcastic remarks about how its awesome I was leaving.

Yes, I did overlook this thread, I read the first half, and it was all hate up to that point, so I did not read the rest.

First off, I am one of the few people that think this is a good deal. If you get it tiled, assembled, tensions set, and lubed however, it isn't.

Also you can tell if they have an account because they have a youtube logo beneath their name (ie. mine is Ljrox123).

I honestly don't see why everybody is making a big deal about how much he charges. If you don't want to buy from him, then don't. It's as simple as that. Maybe some people think it is worth their money, and they will do it.

I will likely be buying one cube from him, because it is worth it to me. And in the matter of trust, yes, I do trust him.

1. You did something wrong with Synester. The fact that it got lost in the mail, you sent it out late, or whatever the problem may have been means nothing to me. What matters is that you responded by mocking him, blocking him, ignoring the situation, and lying.

2. Yes, you are charging $10 to assemble a cube. Even if it does somehow take you 15 minutes to assemble/lube/sticker, you are still charging $40 an hour. Do you not see how much of a ripoff that is?

3. You act like this whole situation happened a long time ago. You went on the TwistyPuzzle forum and claimed that Vulosity lied about a PM 40 minutes ago. If you only were a bad person, you would have had to completely change your personality in 40 minutes.

Well, seeing as you yourself are calling that video stupid, I don't think you can argue that you didn't deserve the "hate." As for the remarks about how awesome it was that you were leaving, I don't think those were sarcastic.

Don't give yourself that much credit though. A lot of hate was also directed toward Logan, who thought the news (about a random youtuber most of us had never heard of until that thread was created) was important enough to warrant a whole thread with an urgent title in all caps.

Well then what grounds do you have to state that you (paraphrase alert) "haven't read anything positive" when you haven't even finished reading the thread?

When i was younger i was told to "think before you say or do". Which is obviously something you didn't do, or at least completely.

I have nothing against you, I Like the idea of an American based store. And i understand that you want to make a profit and are providing a pretty decent service. But please be careful and sure what you do and say because karma has a particularly nasty way of getting to you in real life and even the forums.

The site in the description of your youtube video said:
Just the DIY: 10$

(Build it yourself, sticker set included from C4Y)

DIY and Assembly and Tensions and Stickers: 20$

(Assembled by me, tensions set, CubeSmith stickers Applied)

Do I win yet?

Note: I really don't care that the $20 one has cubesmith stickers and there is an option that is the same thing for $15 but with c4y stickers. Cubesmith Stickers don't even come close to being $5 a set

You charge $10 for a set of $5 tiles

Now is it a ripoff?
