Yup, you see the title. MGC made another 4x4, not the uv coated one, but now this "Speed Micro Actuator." it's basically a ball bearing that you can tighten to adjust the friction on the bearing. the less friction the faster. don't know exactly how well this is going to work. All i can tell from provided pictures is that the bearing goes between the screw head and the spring so that there is very little obstruction from the spring. here's a link to it from SCS.

Edit: want to note that from what I can tell, this is still an mgc 4 with the only difference being this bearing. I could be wrong as they haven't done a breakdown, but there is no information to assume that this is a "new" puzzle.

try the Qiyi M Pro 4x4 or the Vin
they are both *much* cheaper
and both have gotten real good reviews
yep. I already have the mgc 4 so I'm not going to try this, but as I do want another 4x4, I am either going to shoot for a vin or an aosu, some people say that the qiyi m pro has some lock ups like some cheaper puzzles (still good tho).
also, what's with the sad reaction?

@Abram Grimsley why are you confused? @artless1der why are you sad. not exactly the reactions I was expecting to such interesting hardware lol.
I was much more interested than confused, which led to the confusion. Like in a time where maglev exists why use ball bearings? And even then, what is its purpose or how does it make the cube faster or better? This both intrigues me and confuses me. Now I really need to try this cube or learn the purpose of the ball bearings because this will drive me insane!

And as someone who mains 4x4, if this is some new advancement in big cube technology, and it works, I'm all for it.

Thank you @camcuber for the info!
