Mf8/TomZ 3x4x5 Parity help

Hi. Sorry, I couldn't find an answer to the parity anywhere. I've been working on the 3x4x5 for about three hours and I keep running into the same parity. I am using Antoniovivaldi's algorithm, but I can't find a way to set the remaining centers or edges up.

I've included pictures. (The red and orange layers are solved.)
Orange = U
White = F
Blue = R

I don't have one on me but I think the trick here is to realize you can turn the 3x5 sides by 90 degrees.

Hold yellow on top and blue on front, then try this:
(Rw2 U Rw2' U' Rw2 U Rw2' U') Lw2 L2 (U Rw2 U' Rw2' U Rw2 U' Rw2') Lw2 L2

I think this is not really parity but inherent to the fact you are not first reducing to a 3x3x4. The only working solution I know first attaches the corner pieces to the adjacent pieces, after which solving like a 3x3x4 is possible. So this 'parity' will not occur:
