Medical Conditions?

Hey everyone, i was just watching this vid on you tube and it was saying loads about the rubik's cube... it also mentioned medical conditions eg. cubist thumb and so on. I solve the cube a good bit (i do not just sit on my bed solving it all day) but i can do it pretty fast and how do these conditions come about and if you get them is there a cure? i want real honest serious answers please and i will answer most questions asked (unless too private lol).

It's just when you solve the cube too much, and your fingers and wrists start to hurt. It can also come about from a stiff cube. There isn't a cure, just have a break for a bit.

Somebody told me on this forum, that a powerball may help. It will train you wrists. Something like that...

ok thanks guys so much for all the replys. i thought it was something like were you can't move you hands and thumbs or something! lol and the good thing is my cube moves like heaven! although it's store bought i have lubed it and sanded it!

all it is is when you do it too much and there is one more that you can get it is carpel tunnel and that is not very serious and there is a cure you just need minor surgery on your wrist and my moms friend has had it like 3 times and she said it didn't hurt the 3 time because they have a new surgery that doesn't hurt as bad.
