Once again, California is the fastest state for OH.
(where the fastest state is the state with the fastest average)
California has a pretty good track record with producing good OH solvers. (Had NAR or better)

Phillip Espinoza (NAR single)
Jeremy Fleischmann (NAR single)
Me (NAR average)

Interestingly, everyone here except Jeremy was originally based in SoCal.
