Loose Rubik's Revenge

Hi, this is my first formal post on this forum . Anyway, I have a Rubik's Revenge, old type not retooled and it is very loose. Should I change the core or should i invest in a new one?

are the screws done up on the core...mine was really loose and I found that the core screws just needed to be tightened up.
