I was looking into getting a new main and wanted advice as to what to get here are my criteria

Price($20-$30)
Feel(tactile)
NOT A LTTLE MAGIC M
Can handle really rough turning without locking

The GTS3M seems to fit your description, the magnets definitely give it a very nice tactile feeling. It is $35 though which is a bit out of your range, but I feel that it's worth the money.

I own a GTS3M and it handles any turning because it is so customizable. I am a harsh turner, so I set the spring compression to the tightest setting and have never had a single pop. I lubed using weight 5, silk, and dnm, however i did that mostly for a plush feel, which is totally personal preference. I also recommend the GTS3M, however if you really don't want to go that $5 over budget, the GTS2M is a good runner up.
