Looking at my times, where should I focus on, right now?

I've been stuck around the 25 second mark, and can't get any faster...
I know full PLL and 2LOLL.

I timed each section of my solve, by Cross, F2L and LL, and did an Ao12.

-Cross: 3.84
-F2L: 12.50
-LL: 7.83

I know that F2L is the most important step in reducing times, but I just want to know, from looking at that break down, is there anything that glares out that should be improved? Is my Cross/F2L/LL too long, compared to what the other times are, etc...

Right now, I am working solely on getting my F2L down to under 10 seconds.
I just want to know if I should continue that, or take a break from it, and start decreasing my times on either the Cross or the LL.

I'll be trying to make a video later this week, and upload it here, so you guys can have a better look at what my entire solve is like. Probably do an Ao5.

I'm pretty much sub 20 and this is my solve breakdown...

Cross = 2-3.5 sec.
Entire F2L (Including cross) = 9-11 sec.
2LOLL = 2-4 sec.
Full PLL = 2-3 sec.

The only real difference between me and you is the F2L. Get your cross a little faster and work on your lookahead. I know lookahead sounds cheesy because it is used as advice so frequently now, but I can't stress how important that is. Utilize triggers and do cube rotations only when it is done so that you can utilize triggers. Also while looking ahead make note of what slots are empty so that you can make use of them. Hope I helped :)

Thanks for that! You did help.
It just sealed the deal that I need to get my F2L time lower.

I made some good improvements in F2L, recently, and now, I just need to continue it.
I wanted to get my F2L down to under 10 seconds, and that looks like that is what will help me get sub20. My LL should just get faster, the more I solve, for now. Later, I'll focus on it, but like you said, I should just get my F2L lower for now.

You can always improve on your F2L until you get it in the 5s range. I kind of wish we could make that a banner or something.

If you're looking to get your OLL faster (execution): Drill it.
If you're looking to get your PLL faster (executioin): Drill it.
If you're looking to get your OLL/PLL recognition better: Practice (hah, I bet I tricked ya, thought I was gonna say drill it!). There are LL trainers floating around too (I have one I found here on the forums if you'd like me to upload it).
If you want to improve your F2L: Practice. You can do "stepwise bld" solves and that should help too. Rowan told me that he used to do Cross + first pair bld and would often do two pairs at a time bld as well.

Yes absolutely, F2L is key. LL will get better when your subconscious mind picks up on OLL cases yielding certain 2LOLL once the cross is complete. PLL... I had to relearn at least ten algorithms because some algorithms were taking me up to 4 sec. some were the F , V, J , and E perms. Anyway glad I helped. :)

Yeah, I've seen a YouTube tutorial of a guy who does 2 pairs of F2L bld, then the next 2 bld.

Once I get my F2L under 10 secs, I want to start doing cross bld, then incorporate cross+1st pair bld.
Then start doing 2 pair F2L bld, since I can easily do 1 pair, right now.

And this wasn't asking how to improve them, just if looking at the break down, and comparing them, if there was something blatantly bad about one section.

Thanks for all the help, though.

I see no reason to not go ahead and start practicing the bld stuff right now. It will help you improve faster :P Are all the F2L cases into your muscle memory yet? My personal goal is a sub6LL and a sub9 F2L (this would put me at sub15), I'm not sure how the faster / more experienced people here would agree to that though (but I feel sub6 LL is quite achievable if you get all OLLs and PLLs sub2, all OLLs should very easily be sub2 though and most if not all OCLLs sub1). Getting PLL to sub2 just takes practice, and I've felt quite rewarded here recently with the amount of practice I'm putting into my PLLs (4s g perms turned into sub2 60% of the time and sub2.5 90% of the time).

Yeah, I can do one pair at a time bld of F2L, and it's in muscle memory. But, they're not all optimal. I'm going to look at all the algs for F2L, and get some better ones, for the stupid cases that suck.

When you do it bld, do you think about it? Can you achieve something like 6-7tps while doing it bld (the actual execution not the whole solve).

>_> Wow. Sorry, completely forgot about this topic...

Anyway, some cases I can do it BLD without thinking about it. But, for about half, mainly the trickier and longer ones, I kinda follow it along in my mind.

I could achieve 6-7 TPS, but then I would have no look-ahead.
I am trying to purposely go slower, so that I can have some look ahead, so I bring down the TPS to like 3-4 or something.

I understand using a low TPS while looking, which is why I specifically stated doing it blind. You should be doing pairs in less than a second blind, or around a second if it takes a cube rotation. You should be able to do all cases BLD without thinking about it, it should be pure muscle memory at that point. Practice getting the pairs into muscle memory, it allows you to find pieces instead of think about how to execute your current pair.
