I around 9 seconds in f2l alone. I am decent at tracking piece , deduction, sometime using prediction; but in a solve, I often do not have enough information(During the process of solving one pair, I failed to find another pair). I have a decent feel how solving a 2gen pair affect the pieces in the slot. However, if nothing useful was in the slot, I would often pause. I watch many example solves from the pros, and they can easily spot one or two pairs. I do not look other unaffected slots when I solve a pair. I think I do not have time in a speedsolve, or it is just something I need to work on. Another problem I have is that if I see a corner at UBL, assuming I use the white cross, the white sticker is at LUB and the green sticker is at UBL, I do not know if the remaining sticker is orange or red. Do I need to do a u move to check it, or memorize in this case(if I cannot use deduction) the remaining color is orange. What should I do? Thanks to all of those who answer my questions.

You can deduce the other colour on a corner by the other 2. Should come with solves.
If you don't have time to do something, turn more slowly. You want to turn at a speed where you can lookahead but are actively making it hard to do so. All this will come with solves.

A big part of lookahead is not looking at the pieces you are solving. So can you solve a pair without looking at it? (Before you can do this make sure you have a base knowledge of how to solve any given pair (especially hard cases.) Always be improving on efficiency.)

I would recommend doing this drill before starting to do timed solves: Find a pair, close your eyes and solve the pair as fast as you can. Repeat this for all F2L pairs. Do this drill until you are comfortable solving pairs with your eyes closed and you don't make as many mistakes. Then start doing timed solves and actively focus on the next pair. Hope this helps.

Yes, I can do this for every pair.

But during sovong one pair, I have a hard time seeing other useful pieces even though I am actually looking ahead. I wartch all j perm's lookahead videos for multiple times. But he did not talk about this problem.

Ok, then I would recommend that you practice turning ever so slightly slower and focus on pausing as little as you can. If this doesn’t work, do untimed solves, turning as slow as you need to until you feel more confident.

like PapaSmurf said:
