Lets take a look at my times. Help me improve.

Ok, so the total is 36.92

Ok, say we add 4 seconds for pauses and recognition, so that leaves us as 40.92 on the average solve.

What should I improve?

Heres another solve..
Cross: 4.06
F2L: 21.25
OLL: 6.75
PLL: 10.18

About 42.49, a rather bad solve IMO.

F2L isn't great but you have a pretty inconsistent PLL based on two solves... Maybe focus on PLL, and then focus on F2L.

I read somewhere today that a good goal would be able to do any of the PLL cases in around 2.5 seconds.

Obviously, you need improvement in all the areas.

A good breakdown(straight from cubefreak.net)
Cross - 2s
F2L - 7s
OLL - 2.5s
PLL - 3s

Total time 14.5s.

You want your breakdown to look like that. To get there, you have start somewhere be it F2L, OLL, or PLL, but choose one, and get really good at it. Then improve the rest.

All it is practice.

I think that you should improve F2L first, both times were over 20 seconds, and I am guessing that is not including cross. Your LL could be improved around 8-10 seconds, but that just comes with practice, and your F2L could be improved quite easily just by practicing look ahead and going slow during solves.

Hmm... so improve F2L?

By the way, for OLL i just get edges then corners.
(edges by using FRU RUF and FUR URF or whatever.)

and ill learn all da PLLS but i already know like more than half.

Practice is the key to improving, much as it's being said, it's true. Work on the F2L, look up some algorithms for that if you feel that your moves are not optimum enough.

Nahh.. im avaeraging about 20-22 now on the F2L & cross(together).
now the only real problem is the OLL, i really hate the peanut and the hammerhead, their l' or l is really hard for me and slows me down!
exspecially when I get no edges orriented then a penut or hammerhead
