Hi ;).
I started practice One hand with left hand, just couple of weeks ago. instead of using index finger to turn U and U', am using thumbs to turn U face and index finger to turn U'.
and i have question, can it become potentially fast? thanks...really thanks...:D

I'm no expert in OH, but that seems really slow. Your thumb is not the best finger choice for turning faces. I suppose that like anything, it could become fast with practice, but I can't see it being practical.

I'm not sure that using thumb in solving cube onehanded is a good choice. It's quite slow and I think there is nobody in the best OH cubers who use thumb. I rather like index fingers. Additionally, you can use double trigger with your index finger. It's not necessary to do it but i've heard it's good boost for your times.

I do OH with my left hand and, I push the layer with my index. I am not very fast, like 45 seconds but it seems like using your thumb would require a regrip and it would be too slow.

i did it awhile back and i could still probably do ok with it. it's not the best but hey! personal preference is how lots of stuff in the cubing world works.
