I learned to solve the rubik's cube about a month ago. I am using LBL with keyhole so far. I am working on learning Roux though. So far I have a best time of a 1 minute 5 seconds. I should be sub one minute soon. I never thought I could get so addicted to the Rubik's cube but I am really having fun with it.

YAY!! More rubik's addicts! Keep working on Roux, I can assure you that you are (literally) one of the fastest in the world with it!

Yeah, i'm the same. I started about two months ago. I didn't take it very seriously until about a month ago when i got my first proper cube though. Even after that, i didn't cube as much as i do now. The cube i got then was just a regular Rubik's brand. A week ago i got myself a Type A DIY and since then i can't put the frikken thing down. I've been doing at least 100 solves a day.

I learned LBL, and using that alone my PB is 56s. At the moment though i'm learning a LOT. I'm teaching myself intuitive F2L. Along with that, i'm learning 2 Look OLL, and once i've learned that, i'm going to study all the PLLs, and once i have all of THOSE in my head, i'm going to study all the OLLs. Should take me a few months but i'm excited!

Along with all of this, i also have 2x2x2, 4x4x4, and 5x5x5 eastsheen cubes which i solve on a daily basis too! :D

Roux is a pretty cool method. Not many people use it though, so you'll be one of the few.

I learned full Fridrich in a couple months (started in February), but I have no life outside of Summer, so that's not a very good example. :P
