How do I solve last 4 edges on the 7x7

Last two centers on the 7x7

How would you go about solving the last two centers? I'm completely new to big cubes and I've just got my first 7x7 yesterday.

I solved the other four centers by getting a 3x3x3 block and expanding on that block with two 3x1 blocks and then finishing by adding two 5x1 blocks.

Ok here's the problem: I have trouble making my 5x1 strips to finish the last two centers. Are there any tutorials (I prefer written) out there that can help explain how to do this? I saw some videos on Youtube but all they say is solve like a 5x5 without actually showing how to actually do it. Or can anyone explain the concept here if it's easy enough to do?
Ok I've got that part down. Now I'm having trouble with the edges. I have the first 8 edges completed now, but I'm kind of stuck on how to fix the last four edges. How can I fix the last four edges without messing up what I already have?

the first time i did my 7x7 i used a video by lancetheblueknight on youtube to do the last two centres, but if you dont like videos then i dont know...

I have the same problem, dude. I know how to solve the 4x4 and the 5x5 and was able to solve 4 of the 6 Centers of the 7x7, but at the last two I suck more or less . . .
I used the video guide by lancetheblueknight, but he just says do this (fast turns ...) and then he has done it. I'm trying to solve that problem with some logical thinking, but it isn't that easy! ;)

Not much response here, but I have a new problem now with the edges. Hopefully I could get more responses this time.
