Last layer issues

Basically I have a piture cube which doesnt let you to solve the last layer sometimes as the last two edge pieces opposite each other are swapped. I have tried the algorithm several times yet it will not solve. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Can you upload a picture of the cube? If there are any identical pieces, this is possible to fix, but otherwise, you have an impossible parity. This means that someone took apart the cube at some point and put it back into an unsolvable position. You would need to disassemble it and reassemble it if that's the case.

Depending on the picture, it's possible that the LL centre piece needs rotated?

Yeah, it's possible that the centre pieces are rotated..take a 3x3 for example. When you do a T-Perm or any alg on the white face, the logo seems to be rotated.
