Does anyone know how to make my lanlan 1x3x3 super floppy cube faster?

if its a super floppy then you can just loosen the tensions ... however this will make it pop (explode) and this is a tedious puzzle to reassemble

so I suggest leaving them as they are as i have found out by messing with the tensions and then searching for hours because one of the small pieces is under the sofa...

they come prelubed and you cant "break it in" as they cant cut corners efficiently enough to warrant "breaking it in"

and as a note, my main super floppy is still in factory condition with cubesmith stickers applied over the circle stickers, they were to gooey to take off, for fun i did an Ao50 with a mean of 2.80 seconds, this isn't fast but if i try and solve my loosened one it pops every solve

sort of,
when you try and remove the circular stickers that come on the super floppy, they are incredibly sticky... and will stick to almost anything, the only thing i could find to clean it off was petrol from my mothers car lol

and even then it took me hours to remove all of the stickyness

now i have 1 with cubesmith stickers ... for blind
and one with circular stickers and cubesmith stickers on top of them, illegal for blind so i do it sighted ... it lives on my shelf collecting dust

probably not, the pieces are small enough already, they can fall out when unmodded ... who knows what would happen if you filed them down even more
the corners could be modded but tbh it isn't worth it, you can get sub 1.5 Ao5 with it unmodded ... and its such a quick puzzle the satisfaction is worthless

how do you pop the centre cap off?

with a knife ... you have to lift the sticker a bit then you should see a cap similar to an old rubiks cube
they are quite hard to pop so try and slide the knife into the puzzle, it will eventually pop off by itself

alternatively you can drill through the cap... but i highly recommend against this

Slide a knife between the 2 pieces of plastic, apply some pressure directly downwards and the cap will fire off by itself, there is no glue which is quite nice

there really is no point in loosening the floppy cube, and mine are both stickered over the caps so it would be a hassle removing them just fora tutorial on something that is sort of pointless
