Ways in a speed solve to end with L3C. Links please!

I remember developing these algs for NLS that corrects EP (such that L3C is every solve, rather than 50%). It is probably the best approach to force L3C if that's what you are looking for. I'm not aware of developments here, but if it's anything like I remember then you'd have to tread your own path in alg development if you want to use this variant.
