[Unofficial] Kanneti Sae Han - almost 3x3 Single WR

[chris410]

That looked like 5.87 I think? Can anyone find a more precise time? I got it paused and his hands are like on the stackmat and it reads that.

5.87 is what I saw last. WOW! Of course, Faz will see this and post a 5.xx in competition, hats off to all you fast people, amazing!

[TMOY]

I still maintain a very small degree of skepticism, but it's good to have these posts from those who were actually there.

For those who are still skeptical about the fake: the judge himself (Ryo) has posted about it in this thread.
And I'm not even mentioning the fact that he was competing in the finals too and thus couldn't judge it at the same time.

I would fall over dead if this happened to me. :O

No, you wouldn't. This was not an official attempt.

[IamWEB]

No wonder it seemed odd... bah, ah well.

End thread, before people who don't read through it start posting.

I still would.

At 0:27, you can see 6.80 so it wouldn't have broken a record. But it's still impressive, non-the-less.

Everything's been addressed earlier in the thread. It wasn't an official attempt, and it was definitely a 6.0x solve.

[Andrew Ricci]

I still would.

No, you wouldn't. The solve was set up.

[cuberkid10]

For me, anything under a 7 on a setup solve is good. It helps my execution.

[Andreaillest]

Even if it wasn't an official solve, it is still unfortunate. The reset button: trollin' cubers.

Did you even read this thread, before posting this?

[Jedi5412]

lol only if the 3rd generation stackmat came out before that competiton (no reset button on mat)

That was a hoax made up by Stefan. There is no third generation stackmat.

Wow, here is some reading fail.
Go back and try to read more than one post from that thread.

The solve in super slow motion:

The solve in super slow motion:

Definitely 6 flat.

[freshcuber]

Definitely 6 flat.

You bumped this so you could say it was a six second solve? It was unofficial, and prepared. :fp

[Zane_C]

Meanwhile on page 4...

I find it amusing that people are still posting what time they think it was. It was CLEARLY ~6 seconds lol.
