Jnetcube sound problems?

Has anyone ahd any issues with the sound in Jnetcube?

The count-down beep was working fine for me earlier, but just before the beep was so quiet i could barely hear it. Then i rebooted computer and now the sound does not work in that application at all.

Music and other windows sounds work fine....

Have you tried deleting the program and downloading it again?
