No, Roux and M moves are just harder to do OH in my opinion, so CFOP is generally more used and easier.

CFOP is used more because more people use CFOP lmao.

Also to the OP of the bread, yes the RS3M is good for OH. It’s the cube Fahmi uses for OH btw.

Roux is incredible for OH, although a bit more difficult to get used to. Anyone who says Roux is bad for OH shows a lack of understanding of OH techniques.

To answer OP, yes, it's a pretty good OH cube

Sean Villanueva uses roux and he averages sub 10 at home. Tao yu uses roux for OH even though he knows full ZB

I think Kian showed very clearly that Roux is a true contender for OH at the world class level.
FB is a bit different, but SB mostly uses R U r and M moves anyway.
M Moves, at least for me are easier to execute than R in OH and a lot easier than F moves.
