Is it possible to get a +4?

Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to get a +4.
I was thinking about this because what if you start the timer under a second after 15 seconds of inspection it results in a +2.
Then if you end the solve solving the cube over 45 degrees off then you will get another +2.
Would this be a +4?

Getting a +14 is actually possible. You just won't make friends with your local delegate doing that.

All penalties stack on top of each other, it's actually possible to get upto a +16 (and it has been done)

Possibly, but last time I checked the regulations I recall that two of +2 penalties couldn't happen simultaneously.

The eight +2s:

1. Take between 15 and 17 seconds for inspection.
2. Place the cube on the timer between inspection and starting the timer.
3. Start the timer without fingers on sensors, palms down.
4. Touch the cube while the timer starts.
5. Stop the timer with a layer misalignment.
6. Stop the timer while touching the cube.
7. Stop the timer without fingers on sensors, palms down.
8. Move the puzzle before the judge has inspected in without making moves on the puzzle (at judge's discretion).

+2 for misalign

+2 for touching puzzle at the end
+2 for stopping with wrists

Whel I know so done who got +4 because he got ending at +2 and before the judge inspecteded the cube he twisted it pack.
