Is anti T-CLL possible?

So I was wondering if it would be possible and if so viable to do anti-TCLL. What I mean for is if you have a scramble that is a corner that is a twist away from an EG-2 face, you can do a TCLL to get a Y perm on both sides so you can do R2 F2 R2. I was also wondering if the same thing was possible and viable for anti LEG-1 and anti EG-1 in which you can solve the bar on any side that way.

It’s called TEG-2. I don’t know how many people have learned it though.
