So, I let my friend borrow my type-d diy for the day. Everything looked normal when i got it, it was scrambled (as usual), but when I started to solve it, I noticed some very strange things. First, there were two orange centers. Then two green white edges, and so on. Of course, by this time, they were long gone. I later come to find out that the cube was dropped and all the sticker tiles exploded out of the cube. Being the idiots that they were, they put all the tiles wherever they felt like it, resulting in an impossible cube.

My question : is there an easy way to take out these tiles (i haven't been able to, obviously) or should i just re-sticker it.?

Any help is greatly appreciated. If this is in the wrong place, please direct me elsewhere.

I found once the tiles had come off a cube they'd never really go back on and act like they had before.

Resticker/Tile it I reckon - but ensure you give it a good clean first. If it's been dropped, you'll have crap all over the cube.

Oh and whilst you're there, get new friends. ;)

Stickers/tiles EXPLODING off the cube in a drop? I've never heard of that. Sounds like your "friends" started trying to move the stickers around and then gave up, and just stuck them back on.

Well, it's happened to me every once in a while when i drop it, one of the tiles will pop out of a corner. I suspect that they really shouldn't do that, but i didn't glue them in when I first assembled it, which I guess I should have.
