I realized I've never introduced myself properly. My name is Isaac Evans, and I'm a student living in Utah, USA. I average ~16 on 3x3 and am aiming to be sub-10 some day. I started cubing about eight years ago but didn't cube for about half of them, and only just recently went to competitions (Late 2019). I main a (non-magnetic) Yuxin LIttle Magic. I've recently been working on improving 5x5, Square one (which I'm pretty new at), and 3x3 Blindfolded (Mainly this one - I like it but hate practicing it) because I need to make cutoff time in my next competition.
I got into cubing because when I was about 8 or something a babysitter had a cube and I thought it was super cool. I learned the beginner method, got down to about 40 I think (I don't remember it that well) before switching to cfop. When I was ~30 seconds I stopped cubing for a few years, and started back up again when I met someone at my school who averaged ~14 seconds. This got me back into cubing, and I bought a Little Magic (I was still using a Rubik's brand lol) and got my average down to ~20, and went to two competitions since then. I miss comps a lot lol.
So yeah! That's me.
