Inefficiency with moves

Okay, today I JUST Realized how inefficient I am. I use the Sexy Move for ALL MY F2L Pairs, all cases. My LL Technique is beginners (HORRID METHOD FOR LL), And it takes me ~20 Seconds to do it. I already knew beginners is bad for LL, but my F2L is SCREWED. So, how do I fix my F2L? I need tips, and also I could use some tips for learning my 2-Looks and some good algorithms for 4-Look LL.

I would just go and browse the wiki for algorithms. I assume you are using intuitive f2l, so I would start trying to work out new ways to solve cases by doing untimed walkthrough solves. If you are having a hard time, then go back to the wiki.

I would start over from the very beginning for F2L. Watch bedmephisto's tutorials, learn the 3 main ways that edges and corners are paired and inserted. Once those are clear, start utilizing them in your solves, using just your intuition and your knowledge of the basic methods for pairing and inserting pairs. Once that is comfortable, you can start working on more complicated cases and incorporating some algorithms to your F2L. For now, I would try to forget your old inefficient methods, and try to find efficient ways to solve each pair. Your times will probably increase in the short term, but that's ok.

Give yourself a challenge. Don't speedsolve but try to do each pair in as few moves as possible.
Extra level: 8 is your maximum allowed
Extra level: Avoid cube rotations
Extra level: Only use triggers
Extra level: Use all other extra levels at the same time
