so i wanna start OH, my avg of 2hand is around 20 sec, i want to know some tips on how can i get faster, and where can i learn the oll and pll for OH?

You're like me. I don't like pre-orienting, and you probably don't either. M2/R2 is much better for BLD in my opinion.

On topic, watch his video for OH to learn about the best kind of OH cube, but not how to actually do OH.

On topic, you can watch both and they both have helpful tips

Dude you don't need a tutorial to tell you how to solve a cube OH. Just pick it up and do it. It's the same as any other puzzle - if you want to get fast then practise a lot.

See http://www.speedcubing.com/chris/3x3onehand.html for general tips/tricks.

For OLLs: http://pagesperso-orange.fr/absolutemind/oll1h-angl.html
For PLLs: http://jmbaum.110mb.com/pll.htm
Or use any decent 2-gen (R and U) algs.

There are also videos of OLLs and PLLs here (I believe Yu Nakajima is involved in this account somehow) http://www.youtube.com/user/CUTEXcuber
In fact, someone just uploaded videos of a few OH OLLs there.

Another useful video would be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSncgGIvDCc

Of course practice is important, as someone that said he was about 20s in speedsolving I'm sure he knows that already. There's nothing wrong with getting some direction though.
