I may have to quit cubing...

Feel for you bro 😲🤯🤕
You totally should negotiate with your parents to have at least ONE DAY each week when you can invest some of your time in your hobby of cubing... or one hr/day...
also
Get out there and mow the yard, so they knows you're serious 😲😉😎

Oof, thats not good. If you do have to stop, will NSCCP be shut down? im saving to buy something rn.

Good on ya bro!

Another good trick they might not be expecting is...
Ask your mom if there's anything needs doing around the house that she qould like you to help her with...
it might end up you getting into more wURK than you would normally like, but it will help your bond with your mom and in my experience that almost always makes things easier on your dad (movie quote: "Happy wife, happy life") and that will therefore also help make things better with him as well ... GL yo!

My parents have long regretted letting me get into cubing, and its starting to take a toll on my life and causing me to lose track of certain things. While I would hope that I can still continue, my parents have made it clear that they don't want me to continue.

It sounds like it's your fault that they don't want you to cube. If it's taking a toll on your life, then not cubing will be beneficial. I say take a break, then after it's been a while, ask if you can cube again, and if they say yes, do it more responsibly this time.

My post on another thread. Maybe this can help you a bit, like all of the teens/kids cubers.

I echo all of this
