I'm getting a Geometry Dash feeling.

Lol yep. I play that game as well. 2.2 ain't come out for a while. Ima try to get Max Park WR possibilities done tonight or tomorrow. I said that and it might take a week lol. Sorry for being so slow mobile sucks. All other websites I created was with wix which don't support mobile.

Good to hear your actually working on it! I had an idea earlier today about some countries most prominent cubers. By prominent I don't mean well known like, say Philip Lewicki. I mean someone who really stands out as a crazy fast cuber. Sure you could look at the WCA records but that doesn't give the full picture.

My internet for today goes off in an hour since I'm on the way back from a cross-country vacation (4 days til home) so I'm not sure about tonight for something about max park but garuntee tomorrow be done. Idk when for your idea tho

Years ago speedcubing.com used to have community news on the front page. Just a short line or few. Things like new unofficial and official records, new methods, people retiring from competition participation, appearances on TV, and so on. It was pretty interesting. So maybe if you can get together a team consisting of a few confident writers and promoters, you could get something going. Write articles discussing and analyzing the events that happen within the community and maybe people will be interested in reading. Maybe even have an app version that sends out notifications when there is news from the community. "New world record!", "This certain competition cancelled", "Company X reveals new 3x3 speedcube".

I like the idea but I'm cheap so I cant. Ideas are nice tho.

Finally finished it. Sorry for the wait. Next one will take a few days. btw I plan to be working on a website that has just a bunch of algs in it later so that's something.

Pretty good for a first article. I would recommend using a more professional tone in your articles. Great seeing you give credit (But please switch to Dark mode on SS lol). I'd also work on researching a little more and going more in depth. For instance you said "He has most if not all the big cube records and some OH records as well." Which is kind of hard to understand. How many big cub records does he have? What OH records? Isn't there only two?

It would also be cool if people could write articles for the site. I know I'd be down to do it! Of course you can't let just anyone do it.

One more thing. Your "Ideas? Put them here." Link leads to the SS article index. It should go to this thread.

I thought I put that link to this thread lol must've not happened. anyway, the pro tone will never happen (lol sorry). I am still new with webnode and have no idea how to let other people write in it. Maybe in the future but not now lol. I will research more and will update the thing tomorrow, like I said earlier internet where I am sucks until I get back from vacation in 3 days and I will be able to use wix again. Btw ss on dark never gonna happen unless I get banned for it.

I don't want to be like your typical newsletter. I am 1 person to make this website and not in a group of 20 people. I don't talk professional in real life either.
