how would i have this time anyway?

HAHAHAHAHA, NO USE learning FULL OLL??? You'll never get anywhere with that attitude. Do you know how useful it is to learn it? It's GREAT! You don't have the stress of worrying about edge orientation, you don't have the stress of worrying about which alg is going to come up, whether or not you're going to have to orient edges, or whether you'll have a dot, line or L. All you have to do is look at the case and do the alg. Sorry, but you're just being lazy and trying to take the easy way out. If you even get down to sub 20, you won't get much faster with 2 look. I've seen people get sub 10 times with it, but it's very rare and that was with a triple X cross. Don't worry about sub 20 until you get sub 40 and sub 30. To do that, slow down, look ahead BETTER, learn better F2L cases (no matter how good you think yours are), LEARN FULL OLL or at LEAST some more cases, practice F2L from ALL angles, get a decent cube, but NOT one that will be better than you (get a C1, F1, F2, or a GOOD storebought), and just keep practicing! Stop trying to rush to sub 20. You'll get there if you practice properly.

Umm, there are people who know full oll and average over two minutes, and there are people who don't and average 12 seconds.

The reason you aren't getting faster is because you are posting and looking for the easy way out when really you should be practicing and learning things that can't be taught necessarily.

well other then the obvious practice which is inevitable and something you will have to face at some point there are a few tips. One of those being getting rid of several bad habits which add up bit by bit and slow you down. This is a great video that shows you "why you arent sub-20" and some insight on how to achieve such results. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HGdsVySMt0&feature=channel_video_title

My point was that your attitude is horrible. If you have that lazy attitude that you don't feel like learning OLL, chances are, you'll be too lazy to practice in the way you need to, to get sub 20.

go away and practice

I agree...
There's no point coming on here with an angry 'I WAS MEANT TO BE BETTER' type thread when it's only you that can make yourself better.
You just need to practice more, practice look ahead, practice f2l, practice recognition, perhaps lube your cube/buy a new one... But in the end it just takes time.

For goodness sake.
I've been sub 30 for a year and I'm still not sub 20. Some people improve slowly and take a long time to get fast. You can't expect you'll suddenly improve by 20 seconds. Just keep practising.
