Can anyone tell me how to get subs 5s on LL? I have learned all the OLLs PLLs (on cubestation) and practice about 7 months but i still suck in about 6-8s, especially my E F perm are really bad. They always take me about 4-5s

Practice. Practice the algorithms, and practice your fingertricks.

Also, make sure that your algs are good. E and F are slow for most cubers, but they might be faster if you change how you do them. (That said, unless your algs are truly awful you should be able to get under 4-5 seconds.)

here is a hint im using 2 look OLL and full PLL i am doing 2 look oll in 3 seconds and pll in 1-2 secs sometimes i reach 7 when im goind to recognize :)

I'm using these algorithms for
F perm: R' U R U' R2 (y') R' U' R U (y x) R U R' U' R2 B'
E perm: (x') R U' R' D R U R' D2 L' U L D L' U' L
Are there anyone do these algs smoothly?

(x') R U' R' D R U R' Uw2 R' U R D R' U' R for E-perm (same alg, but with Uw2 instead of D2.)

For F-perm, I use the same alg, but with U' in the beginning. After the first
R2, I do F' with my thumb, then something like (z) R' F R (z') (x) R U R' U' R2

I just changed up my F perm a little bit...How do you like this? :o
R' U R U' R2 y L' U' L U x U L U' L' U2

and from the y2 angle:
L' U L U' L2 y' L' U' L U x U L U' L' U2

I used to do the 14-move E-perm, but when I saw Erik Akkersdijk's E-perm:
x' (R U' R' D) (R U R' D') (R U R' D) (R U' R' D')
I never turned back.
(I perform the initial (x' R) as an l turn)

I just practiced it for less than a day, and when I timed myself at the end of day (same day that I learned it), I was easily getting a consistent sub-2 time, which is a huge improvement from my old E-perm which sometimes even had the occasional sup-3 time, ugh.

Try y2 (R' U2 R') d' (R' F') (R2 U') (R' U R' F R U' F). I use the FB reflection of this(lefty cuber) and it is pretty good.

what about the V perm? It' take me about 2-3s but sometimes 4s:(
Does anyone have a nice algs and nice finger trick for this case?

PS: i'm pretty bad at finger trick in LL if anyone has a (fast and nice) finger trick video for the PLL cases please share with me, thanks :)

x' (R U' R' D) (R U R' D') (R U R' D) (R U' R' D')

this should be it... this is a great E-Perm... i found...

Turn really really fast :D
I can get 3-4 second LL times with recognition.
My plls are around 1.5ish and oll's like 1.3ish, idk
Try not to re-grip a lot, and change your hand position so you don't have to re-grip as much.

that's the F-perm use too, it's not too bad.
