How to speedcubing?

Hello all. I'm new mem and I want to ask how to speedcubing. I can solve it but need more than 100 move. Now I want solve it less than 100 (~80 move).
Can you help me?

Learn Fridrich or a new method other than layer-by-layer.

Learn Petrus it's great... a bit hard to get used to at first (i might just be speaking for myself) but it's good for cutting down the number of moves.
