How to set up a GuanSu?

Few days ago, I bought a GuanSu. Out of the box was really nice, but I made the mistake to put "fat" lube in without having done any solves. Now it is too sluggish, gummy and slow, and the internal pieces pop a lot. What should I do to have the best performance?

Either break it in a lot or clean the lube out and use a lighter lube, or none at all
