M is pretty straightforward and have alot of ways to do it.

But I need help on S and E?

For S I do it with my right thumb and index finger like if it was F
I have yet to experiment with my left hand yet on slice moves

For E I do it with my index finger and thumb like if it was U

and any special way to grip the cube btw?

For E' I put my finger on U like I was about to do a U' & then put my right hand finger as if I'm about to do a u, then I push with my right hand finger & don't move my left hand finger.

For S I do the same Idea except replace all U's & u's with F's & f's.

I try to stay away from algorithms that use S & E though for the most part.

I never really use slice turns except for the H perm and BLD. Even when I do intend to turn the inner layers, I would do something like this:
Example. For S', I'll perform y' r' R y.

I'm trying to avoid cube rotations cuz i want it for my cross + zbll algs. I think thats S btw not S'

If I wanted to do a S, I would hold the UBL sticker with my left index finger, hold the DBL sticker with my left thumb, then I would do the same with my right hand with the UFR and DFR stickers. I would then push down on the UR edge sticker with my right middle finger, thus making a S slice turn.

For S, using my right hand, I have my thumb on DFR and middle finger on UFR. i support the B face with my left hand. I use my ring finger to push the UR sticker to RD. Not very efficient, but that's how I do it.

For E, it's the same thing except the angle is different (sort of like an x')

E and E' I do with my ring finger or middle finger, depending on the context. S and S' I do like E and E' with an x [] x' rotation, but I hate S slices. M' and M are done with my left ring finger. M' pulls DB to DF while M pushes DB to UB. For M2 I do R' M' r. For E2 and S2, I just double trigger them.

I agree with what I think Kirjava is meaning. I would never use S or E in a solve (because of Roux/ZZ) except if it was in an algorithm, in which case the moves before and after the slice turn determine how I would perform them.

the way I do it is R' E' the same way as R' U
R E I do it as R U' (I do U' and E with my thumb)
E2 I double flick with my left middle and ring finger like the D2 double trigger
E'2 I double flick with right middle and ringer finger like the U2 double trigger

R' S like R' F
R S' like R B
R S like R B' ( S and B' with thumb)

so far there is no efficient way for me to so S2 or S'2 I would double flick it like F2, but i don't like that so i've been wristing it

For M2 I either double trigger with my left middle and ring or I do a little R' and hook my right index finger to the M slice and pull back down
M' I use my left ring finger
M I use my left pinky on FD if the next move is U right pinky if next move is U'
Sometimes I push up with my left ring finger on DB

this seems to be the most efficient way as it mimics RU and RUF moves and such, im just wondering if anyone has any good ways to do it. Ill be using it in speed solves so efficiency is appreciated.

Slice Turns

On the 3x3x3, slice turns are popular in algorithms, although they are never needed in scrambling. These moves are defined in a very inconsistent way, so watch out. The possible slice moves, which can again be modified with ' or 2, are:
M - a move of the slice between R and L, in the same direction as an L turn.
E - a move of the slice between U and D, in the same direction as a D turn.
S - a move of the slice between F and B, in the same direction as an F turn.

Straight from the wiki.
That's what it's for!

M: Right index finger down the middle.
M': Right or left ring finger pushing up the middle column from behind.
M2: Either (Rw2 R2') or same as M, but further down the column.
M2': I CANNOT finger-trick this. Just doesn't work with short but wide fingers. I just do M' further up the column.

E: Left middle, subconsciously holding the U and D layers with right hand.
E': Right middle, subconsciously holding the U and D layers with left hand.
E2('): Usually like E', but furthered.

S: Right index.
S': Left index. Gets annoying at times.
S2: Like the U2 finger trick, just with a different grip.

Good luck! =D
